Some of our caregivers hold a certification from the Maryland Board of Nursing as a CNA or GNA. They have been through an extensive training program with hospital clinical time under the direction of a Registered Nurse. They are re-certified bi-annually and can provide the highest level of care that we offer. Upon hire, caregivers will pass a skills and meal preparation competency practical.

We require one year experience working as a CNA to join our team.

These caregivers will have medical knowledge and must be proficient in caretaking skills. Upon hire, caregivers will pass a skills and meal preparation competency practical. We require two years care giving experience to be qualified to work as a caregiver with no certification.

Our companions are non-certified and care for our Level I clients only. They are competent in assisting with the minimal tasks required by our Level I clients.
