  • Start an Exercise Plan – Exercising is simply another word for “moving” and if you are living a sedentary lifestyle now, adding something as simple as taking a daily walk, or learning simple at home techniques from a professional can be a start to “moving!”

  • Keep Your Sugar Levels Checked Regularly – Your physician will explain everything about monitoring your insulin levels daily. They will also explain to you what “acceptable” levels are and what you should do if you’re feeling the side effects of high or low insulin levels.
