We accept payment by check or ACH.

How much notice do you need to begin service?
We are available to start cases next day if needed. Our nurse will come out and meet with you to complete an assessment, and we can initiate care as soon as needed.

Will we have the same caregivers if we have multiple days of service?
We strive to place the same caregivers on one case to provide continuity of care and regularity for our clients. This will be the same 2-3 caregivers for a smaller case and 5-7 caregivers for a 24 hour, 7 days a week case.

What if my caregiver calls out or doesn’t show up?
If your caregiver calls out, the office team will call in a back up caregiver for the shift. We make sure they are experienced and have the correct credentials for the case. If we cannot find a back up, our office staff is medically trained and certified to fill in for the day.

What if I don’t like my caregiver?
Caring Connection wants clients to be happy and comfortable. If there is ever an issue with your caregiver, please call the office immediately and we will resolve it. We know personalities may not always match, so we are willing to replace a caregiver if you ever prefer that.

What if I need to reach someone from the office outside of business hours?
Caring Connection uses an answering service. If there is ever an emergency, call the regular office phone number, tell the operator the situation and the correct staff member will be contacted and respond to you as soon as possible.

What is the benefit of using a privately-owned agency over a franchise?
We are able to customize our care plans, rates and programs for our clients. We do not have corporate guidelines to adhere to.

How do I know I am getting the appropriate care?
The owner, who is a Registered Nurse and Geriatric Care Manager, will complete routine assessments to ensure you are receiving appropriate and professional care. We will correspond with your physicians and family members to ensure you are being cared for according to health guidelines and physician orders.
